I would like to share this with you in hopes that you pass my thoughts along to Kelly Services.
I know that I cannot speak for IBM, however; having had the opportunity to be the one sitting next to Ritu - I feel what I can best describe as inspired. I realize that the word is strong - but after many attempts to find another that can do justice to the feeling I am trying to convey, I fail.
Each day he comes in and demonstrates a work ethic and passion that ignites the same in me. Regardless of the situation, I see him making the truest effort to ensure that he is bringing the best possible result to the customer, and to the rest of us in the office.
I, now being one of the more senior reps, was surprised to find myself learning from Ritu the first week he was here. He offers valuable insight and strategy into how to position ourselves to achieve the best possible results from our campaigns.
